The Carolina Civic Center Foundation, which manages and programs the Carolina Civic Center Historic Theater, has announced that City of Lumberton is accepting bid proposals for the theater’s annex project. The single-story, 8,200 square-foot addition will include expanded lobby, special event ballroom, catering kitchen and other features.
