You are invited to attend a Community Outreach Event for Downtown Lumberton on Thursday, April 30th from 5:30 – 8:00 PM at the Carolina Civic Center (315 N Chestnut Street).
This event will provide an opportunity to review updates on the Downtown Master Plan and market study, and to share your input as we continue shaping the future of downtown Lumberton.
Food will be served, and all are welcome. An RSVP is appreciated to help us plan accordingly.
As part of this effort, the City of Lumberton has been awarded a $500,000 U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Brownfield Grant to support assessment, cleanup planning, and redevelopment of underutilized properties. This initiative is an important step toward encouraging investment, supporting job creation, and strengthening our downtown.
