The Carolina Civic Center Historic Theater is a beautifully-restored treasure listed on the National Register of Historic Places that offers visitors a unique and visually stunning experience. The theater is located at 315 North Chestnut Street in the heart of downtown Lumberton. First opened in 1928 as a vaudeville and silent film house, the theater offers a wide array of programming including live touring performances, original productions, art exhibits, films, special events and rentals.

Disney’s Beauty and the Beast, the Broadway Musical is a Disney stage musical displaying that a person’s beauty comes from his/her heart and thus the protagonist of the tale, Beauty recognizes the inner beauty of the Beast and his appearance doesn’t matter to her anymore.

All auditioning for a principal role should come prepared to sing a song by that character. All ensemble roles should come prepared to sing a song from the show. Also, everyone auditioning should come prepared to sing a song of their choice, with tracks, and one that displays their range and vocal ability. (Broadway Musical Preferred)
