Everyone’s favorite time of the year is almost here!
We are now taking reservations for the 14th Annual Robeson County Christmas Show: School Edition!
1pm, Thursday, September 11, we will begin taking reservations for our school field trip shows for “The 14th Annual Robeson County Christmas Show.”
We encourage you to please review these details and plan in advance.
Show times are:
Monday, Nov 24 at 10:00am, 11:30am and 1:00pm
Tuesday, Nov 25 at 10:00am and 11:30am
Each show will last just under an hour. Our out-of-town schools usually need the 10am shows to ensure they are back on campus by the end of the school day, so please have your second choice of show time picked out. We recommend our local schools first choice be the 11:30 or 1pm shows.
Students – $10
Chaperones & Bus Drivers – $10
Teachers & Assistants- Free
Please call us or come by the box-office starting at 1pm September 11th with the following information readily available to make your reservations:
- Show date & time preference (and 2nd choice)
- Contact name & number & Email address
- School name
- Grade level(s)
- Number of students-$10 each
- Number of chaperones/bus drivers-$10 each
- Number of Teachers & Assistants-Free
**Important and Mandatory Changes:
- Final head count numbers are due by 5pm, September 29th. Numbers cannot decrease after this date. You will be responsible for covering the cost of the seats you have reserved on this date. You may increase numbers after this date if seats are available. Therefore, please try to reserve accurate headcount numbers on your initial reservation and be ready to finalize by Sept. 29th.
- If you plan to allow or invite any parents ($10), you must reserve those seats with your initial reservation to be paid at the same time you pay for your order. We will not be selling seats to individuals this year in advance or at the door.
- Final payment is due by October 10th using one of the following options:
- Mail checks payable to the Carolina Civic Center at P.O. Box 844, Lumberton, NC 28359.
- Call 910-738-4339 for over-the-phone payments 1-5pm weekdays.
- Drop your check off in our side door mailbox slot on the 4th street side of our building anytime.
- Beginning on September 11th, we encourage you to call or stop by at your earliest convenience, because these performances will sell out quickly. Call 910-738-4339 or stop by during box office hours of 1–5:30 pm weekdays starting on September 11th.
- NOTE: We expect a high call volume on the first day, so we encourage you not to leave a voice message, but instead to try calling us again or stop by in person.
