DESCRIPTION:A short seasonal movie at the theater following the annual Tree Lighting Ceremony on the downtown plaza.  \nTree lighting:  Lumberton Downtown Plaza\, Friday\, December 6\, 2019 at 6:30pm \nThis event is free and open to the public. \nEntertainment provided by SHECANIAH MUSIC \nFree hay rides\, hot cocoa and cookies during the lighting of the tree.  Christmas Short Film will be shown in the Carolina Civic Center at approximately 7:30pm.  Continue the excitement at the Robeson County Public Library for crafts and story time and Southeastern Hospice Festival of Trees from 7:00 – 9:00pm. Enjoy beautifully decorated trees\, and purchase some freshly baked cakes and cookies. This year’s event will include local vendors with an array of items to purchase. \n
